Music & typography

This university fanzine project brought together music artists, expressive lettering and bold fields of colour. The focus was on creating typography and composing imagery into a connected editorial piece.

Each section has its own character, while recurring graphic details and the grid hold the composition together.

The music work also gave me room to experiment with repeated type and motion. These studies are presented as university design exercises inspired by music, rather than commissioned campaigns.
